Christina Sistrunk

Christina Sistrunk, born on July 11, 1980, in Anaconda, Montana, passed away peacefully in Vossburg, Mississippi, on June 23, 2025. Christina, who initially forged her path in the oil field, later dedicated her life to being a devoted stay-at-home mom, making countless sacrifices to nurture her family. Her love for her children and stepchildren was evident in all she did.

Christina received her education at Anaconda High School, where her journey began, leading her to create a profound impact on all who knew her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Christina cherished spending time with her family, creating memories that will be fondly remembered by all.

Her hobbies included a distinct love for chickens, which brought charm to her home; she had a particular fondness for the color blue that reflected her vibrant spirit; and she adored lilac flowers, which added beauty both indoors and out.

Christina leaves behind her beloved family, including her husband Samuel Sistrunk of Vossburg, MS; her mother Deborah May Beierle of Vossburg, MS; her father Raymond George Bozlee; her son James Sistrunk; her daughters Faith (Morgon) Singer from Ellisville, MS, and Morgan Testa from Hattiesburg, MS; and her stepdaughter Mackenzie Sistrunk from Magee, MS. Christina's legacy continues through her seven grandchildren and her sister, Leslie (DJ) Scheetz of Sidney, Montana.

The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Singh, the Oncologist at South Central Regional Medical Center, as well as to The Cancer Center and Comfort Care Hospice through South Central, for the care and support provided during this difficult time.

Christina's life will be celebrated through cremation with Legacy Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Laurel, MS. She will be remembered for her unwavering love, strength, and the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her.
