Jonte' Hunter Moss

Jonte' Hunter Moss, born on October 13, 1010, in Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, in his birth state. Jonte' faced the challenges of life with admirable courage and grace, having been born with cerebral palsy. His journey was not always an easy one, yet he inspired all who crossed his path.

Jonte' was surrounded by the unconditional love of his family, including seven cherished siblings who admired his strength and spirit. He was a beloved son to his parents, whose unwavering support and nurturing shaped his remarkable character. His grandparents also played an essential role in his life, sharing their wisdom and affection, which enriched Jonte’s world.

Throughout his life, Jonte' touched the hearts of many. He developed special bonds with doctors and nurses, who viewed him not just as a patient but as a beloved part of their lives. The warm and loving nature that radiated from Jonte' made a lasting impression on everyone he encountered, and he is remembered fondly for the joy he brought into the lives of those around him.

In his honor, a visitation will be held on December 6, 2025, at East Jerusalem Baptist Church, located at 410 S Tipton St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. This will be followed by a Funeral Service at the same location, beginning at 1:00 PM.
